When I pick up my camera or paintbrushes, suddenly everything else just fades away.  Art is where I am inspired and energized by the beauty of nature.  My favorite quote -- "Sometimes I arrive just when God's ready to have someone click the shutter."  Ansel Adams.

I am a member of Euclid Art Association (OH), Artsbridge (NJ/PA), Musconetcong Watercolor Group (NJ), and Hunterdon Watercolor Society (NJ) where I serve as Publicity Chair.  My husband, 5 children, 4 cats, 2 goats, dog, and 26 chickens live in New Jersey.

I have been capturing nature's beauty since 2009.  I started painting watercolor in 2013 and study with NJ illustrators Doris Ettlinger and Lena Shiffman, as well as Wildlife painter David Rankin at EAA and TexArt in Texas.

My paintings and photography have been juried into shows throughout the New York tri-state area including "Works on Paper", "Art of the Flower", and "Phillustrations 8" at Philadelphia Sketch Club, PA;  Greenpoint Gallery in Brooklyn, NY;  the Center for Contemporary Art, Prallsville Mills, "Shadfest" in NJ.

Awards - 1st place "Wildlife Photography" at Hunterdon County Photography Show and Winner of Tamron Macro lens in Orchid Macro contest.
